*As of 9.30.2021, the P Class was rated, based on its risk-adjusted returns, 5 stars Overall, 5 stars for 3 years, 5 stars for 5 years, and - stars for 10 years among 39, 39, 37, and - Market Neutral funds, respectively.

The Morningstar Rating for funds, or “star rating”, is calculated for managed products with at least a three-year history and does not include the effect of sales charges. Exchange-traded funds and open-end mutual funds are considered a single population for comparative purposes. It is calculated based on a Morningstar Risk-Adjusted Return measure that accounts for variation in a managed product's monthly excess performance, placing more emphasis on downward variations and rewarding consistent performance. The top 10% of products in each product category receive 5 stars, the next 22.5% receive 4 stars, the next 35% receive 3 stars, the next 22.5% receive 2 stars, and the bottom 10% receive 1 star. The Overall Morningstar Rating is derived from a weighted average of the performance figures associated with its 3-year. 5-year, and 10-year (if applicable) Morningstar Rating metrics.

¹Alpha is a measure of the difference between a fund’s actual returns and its expected performance, given its level of risk as measured by beta (represents the systematic risk of a portfolio and measures its sensitivity to a benchmark).

Performance displayed represents past performance which is no guarantee of future results. Investment returns and principal value will fluctuate so that when shares are redeemed, they may be worth more or less than original cost. Current performance may be lower or higher than the performance data quoted. Returns for performance under one year are cumulative, not annualized. Load performance shown reflects maximum sales charges or contingent deferred sales charges (CDSC) as applicable. Class A-shares have a maximum sales charge of 4.75%. Class C-shares have a maximum CDSC of 1% for shares redeemed within 12 months of purchase.

Data is subject to change on a daily basis. Partial year returns are cumulative, not annualized. Returns reflect the reinvestment of dividends.

The Fund may not be suitable for all investors. • Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. • There are no assurance that any fund will achieve its objective and/or strategy. • The Fund’s investments in real estate securities subject the Fund to the same risks as direct investments in real estate, which is particularly sensitive to economic downturns. • When market conditions are deemed appropriate, the Fund will leverage to the full extent permitted by its investment policies and restrictions and applicable law. Leveraging will exaggerate the effect on net asset value of any increase or decrease in the market value of the Fund’s portfolio. • The Fund’s use of short selling involves increased risk and costs. The Fund risks paying more for a security than it received from its sale. • The Fund’s investments in other investment vehicles subject the Fund to those risks and expenses affecting the investment vehicle. • The Fund’s investments in foreign securities carry additional risks when compared to U.S. securities, due to the impact of diplomatic, political or economic developments in the country in question (investments in emerging markets securities are generally subject to an even greater level of risks). • The Fund may invest in derivative instruments, which may be more volatile and less liquid, increasing the risk of loss when compared to traditional securities. Certain of the derivative instruments are also subject to the risks of counterparty default and adverse tax treatment. • Investing in sector funds is more volatile than investing in broadly diversified funds, as there is a greater risk due to the concentration of the funds’ holdings in issuers of the same or similar offerings. • This fund is considered non-diversified and can invest a greater portion of its assets in securities of individual issuers than a diversified fund. As a result, changes in the market value of a single security could cause greater fluctuations in the value of fund shares than would occur in a more diversified fund. • The Fund is subject to active trading risks that may increase volatility and impact its ability to achieve its investment objective. • You may have a gain or loss when you sell you shares. • Please read the prospectus for more detailed information regarding these and other risks.

Winners of the HFM U.S. Hedge Fund Performance Awards were selected by a panel of judges and announced on November 5, 2020. The judges, who are investors and investment consultants, reviewed both quantitative and qualitative factors. They focused on absolute performance as well as standard deviation of returns and outperformance of the relevant HFM benchmark over the last 12 months ending June 2020. They also took into consideration the relative assets under management, nature of the investment strategy, other supporting materials, and professional knowledge they have about the shortlisted funds to come to their decisions. Six finalists were chosen out of 11 entries for the Best 40 Act Fund category. The top fund in each category was identified as the winner and judges designated the runner-up as “highly commended” when the scoring between the top two funds was close, at their discretion.
