2. Held Trades For Financial Professionals with a Trading Group

  • Select View Held Group Trades to see all pending group trades for the next NAV.  Note: This option is only available for Financial Professionals.

Create

1. Create Model

  • Select Manage Models from the left-hand navigation panel.

  • If you have not already done so, read the “Model/End Result Trading Disclosure” and click “Accept” if you agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Select Create Model.

  • Enter a Model Name and a Model Description (if applicable).
  • Select up to 24 funds in the Fund Name field and indicate the allocation percentage for each. Additional funds may be added by selecting Add Fund. The total allocation must always equal 100%.
  •  Once the total allocation equals 100%, select Save.

4. Create a Multi-Model

  • Select Manage Models from the left-hand navigation panel.

  • Select Create Multi-Model.

  • Enter a Multi-Model Name and a Multi-Model Description (if applicable).
  • Select two or more models in the Model Name field, and indicate the allocation percentage for each. Additional models may be added by selecting Add Model. The total allocation must always equal 100%.
  • Once the total allocation equals 100%, select Save.

Edit

1. Edit a Model or Multi-Model

  • Select Manage Models from the left-hand navigation panel.

  • Highlight a model or multi-model, and then select View/Edit Model.

  • Edit the Model Name, Model Description, Fund(s), and Allocation percentage as necessary.
  • Select Save.

  • Select Manage Models from the left-hand navigation panel.

  • Highlight a model or multi-model, and then select Delete Model.

  • Respond to the confirmation message by selecting OK to continue or Cancel to exit.

Trade & Trading

  • Select Trade Model from the left-hand navigation panel.

  • Select a model or multi-model.
  • Select one or more groups to trade. Note: Groups included in the model’s most recent trade will be selected by default.
  • Select Preview.

“Trade Model” Method: For Single or Multiple Groups

  • Review the Preview Trade page. If necessary, the trade can be modified by selecting Edit Allocation. Accounts may be excluded from the trade by selecting Exclude Accounts.
  • Select Submit.

  • Select a model or multi-model to trade.
  • Select Preview.

Manage

1. Group Management

  • Select Manage Groups from the left-hand navigation panel.

  • Select a group or enter an account to manage.
  • Select an action: Move to Group, Remove from Group, or Remove from Management.
  • Select the applicable account(s).
  • Select Preview Changes.

  • Review the change(s). To modify or cancel your change(s), select Back. To confirm your change(s), select Submit.
