What is eDelivery?

Guggenheim’s eDelivery service allows you to waive postal delivery and provides a fast, convenient, and secure way to access your account documents and shareholder communications, such as statements, confirmations, prospectuses, and annual and semiannual reports. When a document is ready, you will receive an email notifying you that the document is available for your review online. 

What are the benefits of eDelivery?

There are many benefits of eDelivery, including:

  • Receive important account information faster
  • Reduce the chance of mail fraud and identity theft
  • Positively impact the environment
  • Increase shareholder value by reducing print and mail costs

What documents are available through eDelivery?

 Direct mutual fund clients will receive an email notification when the following documents are available:

  • Quarterly Statements
  • Monthly Statements
  • Trade Confirmations
  • Annual Reports
  • Semiannual Reports
  • Prospectuses

 How can I sign up for eDelivery?

 Sign up through our mutual fund account access site, traderydex.com:

  • Login to your Guggenheim Investments account. Click here to login
  • On the Account Profile page click the "Sign up for eDelivery" button
  • Select the "eDelivery" radio button for each Document Type
  • Enter your email address and retype to confirm
  • Check the box that you have read the terms and conditions
  • Click the "Submit" button

Alternatively, you may submit your request for eDelivery changes using the Document Delivery Change Form.

 Do I need any special software to access my documents online?

You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view files in PDF format. You may already have the software on your computer. If not, you can download a free copy at the Adobe website.

How soon will the changes take effect?

Changes take effect immediately, however, it may take up to 7 days before you stop receiving information via U.S. mail, depending on the type of document.

How can I change my email address? 

  • Login to your Guggenheim Investments account. Click here to login
  • On the Account Profile page select "Profile" on the left then click the "Edit Address" button
  • Enter your new email address and retype to confirm
  • Click the "Preview Changes " button, then “Submit”

 How can I unsubscribe from eDelivery and go back to paper? 

  • Login to your Guggenheim Investments account. Click here to login
  • On the Account Profile page click the "Edit eDelivery" button
  • Select the “Postal” radio button options
  • Click the "Submit" button
